We encourage you to request a sachet sample of the eczema cream before purchasing.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged please send a photo of the parcel and contents to the Customer Care team and they will address the issue accordingly.

Refunds will be processed once the parcel has been returned excluding postage.
